Two Types of Licensing

Non-exclusive Licensing: This means you can license one of my designs and print it on your products. The design you license can also be used by other companies, by me, or on sites such as Spoonflower.

I retain the copyright and ownership of the design.

No license is required to sell goods made with fabric featuring my designs when bought from Spoonflower, or any other fabric retailer.

Exclusive License: This license will be specific to your industry. For example, if the license is for children’s apparel in the United States, I can still license the same design for children’s apparel in another country or for a completely different category like wallpaper or stationery.

I retain the copyright and ownership of the design.

At the end of the agreed-upon time period, you will have first right to renew the license. If you do not renew the license, the rights return to me, the artist.

Custom Colors for Branding: In most cases, and with most designs, I can customize colors to your specifications.
