Great Seed Suppliers
…and why they stand out
Johnny’s Selected Seeds
Non-GMO. Johnny's Selected Seeds was one of the original signers of the Safe Seed Pledge in 1999. They also offer a Grower’s Library that is packed with information and interesting webinars.
Eden Brothers
They envisioned a cool kid's garden seed adventure. Eden Brothers has made planning a small patch of earth easy and accessible with this assortment of veggies, herbs, and flowers. The seeds were chosen for several reasons: high germination rates, bright colors, and the delish-factor!
Burpee
Since their founding in 1876, Burpee has introduced countless new vegetable, flower, herb, and fruit varieties – including the original ‘Iceberg’ lettuce (1894), the first white marigold (1976), and the biggest beefsteak tomato ever bred (2014). To this day, the historic homestead at Fordhook Farm in rural Doylestown, Pennsylvania, is a trial ground for coming breakthrough varieties.
